When can I withdraw my earnings?

This article is preserved from the former Printine retail and creator platform. Its instructions are historical, not a description of today’s B2B services. For current services, use the Developer Platform resources, designer resources, or support.

You can request to withdraw your earnings after each monthly settlement period. Payments are typically processed within 7-14 business days and are sent via the payment method you've provided (e.g., PayPal).

Things that can impact getting paid on time:

  • If your shop goes public a few days before the 1st, you may need to wait for the next pay cycle if you made a sale and reached the payment threshold by the last day of the month.
  • If your orders haven't shipped by the end of the previous month, they will be included in the following month's pay cycle unless they're canceled before shipping.
  • You will not be paid for orders that are canceled before shipping.
  • Ensure that if you need to update your payment details, it is done before the end of the month.
  • How you choose to be paid can impact when you see the payment land in your account. Learn more about processing times.
  • If your Paypal account is not verified, you'll need to claim your payment manually.
  • Your account fees were deducted, and your remaining earnings didn't reach the payment threshold.

Payment threshold terms: For PayPal, the Payment Threshold is USD $50.00 for payments in dollars to be paid automatically. If you have less than USD $50.00 balance after one month of sales, we will hold your funds for future use, or you may request a PayPal payment for a USD $2.50 fee.Automatic payments do not incur this fee. This amount is calculated from orders shipped the previous month. You can see if you're eligible for a payment by checking '1.My printine-2.Earnings-3.Get paid' on your artist page: https://www.printine.com/sell-on-printine
