Good to know.
How does the hidden message work?
The hidden message is embedded beneath the wax. As the candle burns, the message is gradually revealed, creating a meaningful surprise moment.
When will the message appear?
The message typically becomes visible after the candle has burned for some time ( 40 min-1 hour ). The exact timing may vary depending on burn duration and environment, but the reveal is always part of the experience.
Will the message affect the candle's scent or burn quality?
No. The hidden message does not interfere with the fragrance, burn performance, or safety of the candle.
Can I customize the hidden message?
For the best reveal effect, we recommend keeping your message within 80 characters ✨ Shorter messages appear clearer and more beautifully as the candle burns.
Is the message safe when the candle burns?
Absolutely. All materials used inside the candle are designed to be heat-resistant and safe for normal candle use.
Is this candle a good gift?
Yes. The hidden message makes this candle especially popular for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and meaningful moments when words matter most.
Will the message be visible before lighting the candle?
No. The message remains hidden until the candle is burned, preserving the surprise.
How should I care for the candle for the best experience?
Trim the wick before lighting, allow the wax to melt evenly during the first burn, and never leave the candle unattended.
How long does the candle burn?
Burn time depends on the candle size: • 8oz candles burn for 45+ hours • 6oz candles burn for 30+ hours
Is there anything I should avoid while burning the candle?
To ensure the best hidden message reveal, avoid moving or shaking the candle while it is burning. Keeping the candle stable helps the wax melt evenly and allows the message to appear clearly.
