Printine 30-Day “Make It Right” Policy
At Printine, every product is made just for you.
We want your custom piece to arrive exactly as expected, but if something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.
💛 1. If Something Goes Wrong
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund.
To help us resolve your case as quickly as possible, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product, the packaging box, and the shipping box
- A clear close-up photo of the defective area, with the issue marked or indicated
- A short note describing the problem
These details allow us to verify the issue and "make it right" promptly.
🎨 2. Made-to-Order, Just for You
All Printine products are made-to-order.
Because each item is produced specifically based on the customization you provide, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after delivery for the following reasons:
- Incorrect size, color, design, or personalization entered during checkout
- Change of mind after receiving the product
Every item is uniquely crafted according to the details you submit, so please double-check your personalization information before confirming your order.
💬 3. Non-Printing Issues
We truly want you to love your Printine product.
For non-printing issues, we will handle each case individually on a case-by-case basis.
Compensation for non-printing issues may be offered in the form of a voucher.
⏳ 4. Cancellations & Amendments
Because our products are made to order, you may cancel or amend your order before it enters production.
Production may begin:
- Within 2 hours for rush shipping
- Within 12 hours for Standard shipping
- Or when the listing ends (whichever comes first)
Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible free of charge.
⚖️ 5. Fraud Prevention & High-Value Orders
Printine reserves the right to decline replacements, returns, or refunds in cases of suspected fraudulent or abusive activity.
For high-value custom orders, a restocking fee may apply.
