What are the requirements for uploading my artwork?

The uploader supports both JPEG and PNG file formats. However, we recommend using PNG format as it supports transparent backgrounds and has a smaller file size, making uploads faster. Additionally, we suggest using software that supports the CMYK color profile for optimal color accuracy in printing.

Below are some popular programs that support CMYK:

  • Adobe Photoshop (Paid, CMYK feature included)
  • GIMP (Free, requires CMYK plugin)
  • Paint.NET (Paid, requires CMYK plugin)
  • Procreate (Paid, available for iOS and iPadOS, CMYK feature included)

For design setup tips (such as resolution, file type, and color profile), see below:

Color Profiles

Use CMYK for printed designs and RGB for digital viewing. Design in CMYK and convert to RGB before uploading. For more on color profiles, check our blog.

File Type

Only JPEG and PNG are accepted. TIFF and PDF files will not work.

Dimensions

High-resolution files (measured in pixels, not file size) are best for prints. Resolution matters more than file size. For more on resolution, visit our blog.

Product Dimensions

Each product has specific pixel requirements for quality printing. Different products require different aspect ratios (portrait, landscape, square). Use our templates for better design and ensure your designs look good across all product types.

Large Files

Files over 20MB cannot be uploaded due to server load. Meanwhile,we recommend high-resolution JPEG or PNG with a minimum of 5000px x5000px resolution.

DPI/PPI

DPI and PPI do not affect your uploaded image.
